Always Tired? Try our one day energy boosting plan

If you drag yourself out of bed in the morning, can’t function without gallons of coffee and run out of steam in the afternoon, then an energy-boosting food plan could be the answer?

A variety of  factors can affect your energy levels, such as sleep patterns, overall health and caloric intake, but consuming certain foods can provide you with the essential nutrients needed to boost your energy.

Consuming a healthy diet and eating at regular intervals can help boost and maintain your energy levels. Proteins, carbohydrates and healthy fats provide the body with the energy it needs to function efficiently.

At Grayshott Spa we believe in a holistic approach to health, so would recommend a sensible healthy diet and regular exercise.  Exercise is a great way to boost energy; it also keeps you fit and healthy. Physical activity sends oxygen and nutrients through your system, boosting your circulation and helping your heart work more efficiently. When your cardiovascular system functions at optimum levels, you have more energy to get through the day.
